Elegance Meets Emotion | Alchemy

   On May 11, 2024, Gallery FourLife opened its doors for Alchemy, the solo exhibition by Trisha Dullu, an experimental artist who combines luxury and abstract art. Graced by the presence of internationally renowned senior artists Iromie Wijewardena and Prof. Chandraguptha Thenuwara with Prof. Ankuran Dutta, High Commission of India in Sri Lanka, the opening was led by Trisha Dullu and Chathuranga Biyagama, curator and Director of Gallery FourLife, with the lighting of the oil lamp. The exhibition was crowded with Trisha Dullu’s friends, family, and art lovers. The event was a proud moment for the artist, celebrating her hard work, and the gallery, recognizing its role in supporting emerging talent.

   Alchemy commenced at 6 PM at Gallery FourLife with a pleasant ambiance. Following the opening ceremony, Chathuranga Biyagama delivered a speech expressing his dedication to supporting artists and thanked the guests for being a part of the gallery’s and Trisha’s journey. The evening went by with words of support exchanged and playful conversation. The air was filled with joy and a lingering sense of intrigue at Trisha’s explorative artwork.

  Trisha Dullu is an Indian artist based in Sri Lanka who has held several exhibitions in both countries. Her style is flowy, and her curation has depth in meaning and personal value. She is emotive and exceptionally good at translating her thoughts into the canvas. She explores emotional themes inspired by everyday fleeting moments of life. 

   Surrounded by family, friends, and admirers, Trisha Dullu concluded the evening with food and drinks, followed by words of appreciation. The evening of Alchemy came to a soft end with exchanges of laughter and creative opinions. It was an eye-opening experience for the audience and an amazing success for Trisha. Gallery FourLife will continue to elevate talent and shine a light on brilliance.
